Karali Maisonette is a cosy maisonette which is located near the marina of Nikiti.

It is a two level house with internal stairs.

The maisonette can accommodate 3 adults and 2-3 children.

It is situated approximately 100 meters above the sea and 300-350 meters from the center of Nikiti, the Happy Market and the restaurants.

It is located in a quite area with a big, green and beautiful yard in front of the house.

The maisonette has :on the ground floor, a full equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge and microwave.

Living room with folding sofa bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second roon with a bunk bed and a loft with mattresses which a child can use.

You can find also a second bathroom with shower.

There are three balconies:the frond balcony with garden view, an upper balcony from the bedroom, also with garden view and a back balkony with barbeque.

There are three air-condition, two TVs, Wi-Fi internet, hot water with solar boiler, and free parking place.

Pets are welkome after request.

Maisonette also is equipped with mosquito nets, iron and iron board, safe box and a baby cot (after request).
